We stayed for three nights during the Luna New Year peroid. It was our third time staying at this hotel. The location is considered good. The staff are pretty friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. We were pleased to be given the same room as last year, which is excellent. Eateries and shops are located on the ground level next to the hotel. For those who are vegan, Fang Yuan and Chef Recipe restaurants offer vegan and vegetarian menus to choose from.

The bath towel is very white and clean. The room is clean despite not spacious. I like the ironing station & the iron too.

Staff was polite & Efficient. Helped to store baggage while we ate lunch after checkout Very good location. Many food spots and KTV around.

Room is basic and small but comfortable. Situated in Mount Austin, tons of restaurants and cafes nearby. Good Wifi.

:) 1) The recept staffs were all really nice and helpful. 2) The lobby and recept area is really cute and nice. 3) The bed is comfy (cuz we prefer the harder kind of bed) 4) The room is cozy and aircon temp is adjustable to our liking 5) Good location as it's near to many eating places and there is no noise pollution

The location is near to many restaurants. Family room is big, worth the price. The queen room in this hotel is too small. i need to jump over the bed frame to reach the table, it's very inconvenient. Many pillows.

Price reasonable, clean, basic things provided, bathroom clean & enough space, shower water is strong pressure, hot water good, have a mini fridge, bed & blanket thick, aircond cold, good location around alot food shops and night time have alot bars & restaurants, eateries shops nearby. Lights is good Alot of public car park space just need to buy own parking coupons.

The location is considered good for Taman Mount Austin, walkable to many shops and restaurants in the area, yet not too noisy due to it's corner location. Staff were friendly.
